when i go over bumps, the rear make a clunking/knocking sound...

sounds like the exhaust rattling/clinking, but have got out and kicked it a few times and i don't think its that.......maybe something to do with suspension

Probably the exhaust banging against the rear trailing arm. Even if you kick the backbox, it wont make the sound. Get some Vectra exhaust mountings to hold the exhaust firmer.

ive looked under mine several times and i cant see how this ever occurs, my exhaust sits about 4 inchs away from the trailing arm, and its lowered 60mm.

Try kicking the tyres - that normally helps

have tried getting some m8's in the car and getting em to jump up and down too, needs to be a sharp jolt tho...

I had this problem when i had a standard exhauxt back box on, it just means your rubber things that hold the back box up are shagged, get some new ones. Also make sure you screw down the sub you got in the boot................that one kept me guessing for weeks!! Doh!

yip replace exhaust rubbers... its prob hitting off rear beam too

mines started this little game - but i got new rubbers and exhaust to fit so aint bothered lol
