No, it is separate. The back box pipe slides inside the pipe from the centre section and that clamp holds it together. Just undo the clamp and pull/twist the two apart. It'll probably be sezied mind.

it will come apart, if its seized it will be a right pain though. Blow torch helps......

Rubbers can be bought from any motor factors.

There would be no clamp there if it was 1 part!

This is Very true!!! I had to replace my centre section (keeping my backbox, which is an aftermarket 1)

First of all i tried all the usual ways, wd40, hammer, screwdriver and hammers etc etc, but it wouldnt budge.
So i took the center section and backbox off together, then held it in a vice, heated with a blow torch for a few mins, and it practically fell off. Deff worth a go mate

well 2moro i might try drenching the connection in WD40, if that dont work i will have to take the centre section out aswell cos theres no way im using a blow torch about 6 inches away from the fuel tank

Jeezus Christ! An exhaust place will only charge between £10-£20 to change youre backbox for you.
Pull yourself together mate, try not to loose too much sleep at night over it. We have told you what youre options are so go and work it out and will someone please shut this post down.

WTF, would you like your teddy back??

imw workin on my exhaust pain in the ass problem and if u dont want to help then dont reply, dont kick up a fuss. The exhaust is stuck tighter than a dildo in a nuns cunt so im allowed to qeury its situation. when you are £900 in debt , u need to save every un-neccasary 10 or 20 quid
