rite i have taken out the bak seats of my car and wanna start building a sound system
i wanna make and fit a false floor then on top i wanna build a box up 2 just under the windows
theni wanna put 4 sony 12" pentagon subs powered by 2 sony xm-1505sx
i just wanna no wot the subs will sound like coz the box wont b the rite size 4 the subs will it?

build the boxes into the install, make the correct size ones then build over the top.

if i make the box the same recommended size 4 all 4 then put all 4 in will that b alrite
any idea the size of the box 1 just 1 if the subs

when you got the subs you should have a lil booklet with it, this has a graph of resonance against cu/ft if you look at the graph it gives you a range to use to work out the sub box sizes then its back to good old school days
area of a box = length x width x depth but remember to use inches and ft or convert the graph to cu/metre

those sonys look good but aint as good as some other better brands ! as all sony seems to concentrate on is looks and not sound quality!
