Yeah, we are in contact with a couple of mags all the time anyway, so could easily get a feature sorted to help cover costs a bit!

Yeah ditto, won't be hard at all. Well worth taking this idea further and seeing what we can come up with. Maybe have company demo cars up against each other etc?

Think u've hit it right there. Would need some orgenisation, a source where everyones details could be seperated. Otherwise it would come to the day, and no-one would say anything to each other, and everyone will just end up racing whoever

Nah i'd say 10. 12v / 12. 8v's / 1.4 8v spi(1.2 16v's?)

(1.2 16v?) 1.4 mpi / 1.4 16v / 1.5 td (as most are modded)

1.6 16v/1.8 16v/2.0 16v

then anything pushing over 170bhp

Yep 1.2 is a bit init, and proly not many modded ones to raise into the sport class

GIBBS, no you would be in the big jap turbo class

Or we could as I say just have say an over 200bhp class.

Anyone know the bloke who's got, what used to be lucky b's corsa, always wanted to see that go up the strip

I dont think the 1.6's should be in with the 2litres as they wont keep up over the 1/4 mile realistically.
