The recipient in the UK will get charged duty and VAT if the declared value of the "gift" is over £36. This applies to all courier'd parcels, I think the same thing applies to stuff sent with normal air mail (ie. through local post office) etc.

And before anyone starts moaning, I used to work for DHL so I do know about HMCE stuff.

as where i have pit it, its a total pain in the arse and have to cut loads of your back dash away and relocate where your air gose for your windscreen
