Glad they're cancelled, I had a few sets in the basket but wasn't sure I could commit the hundreds of pounds when I've only just renewed a load anyway. Regretted not doing it but I had an idea it would come to nothing - certainly nothing to force to retailer to honour it.

Sounds like a lot of work for the company does this cock up. Also getting a lot of 1* reviews from the people of Facebook apparently.
