Don't get the fuss about why people are saying he stated he wouldn't do it etc.
Hardly going to confirm he's doing it whilst in negotiations and also probably had some form of non-disclosure as well 
Chris Evans is a great choice IMO, but it matters not as it will be a steaming pile of shit any way.

Clarkson Hammond and may are in discussions with loads of other people apparently so top gear as we know it will no doubt be back at some point probably on sky or something, Chris Evans said that himself, allthough a massive petrol head and car collector I don't think he's right for it myself but hey ho time will tell

She was excellent on The Gadget Show. Always keen, eager and interested without seeming false or over the top or being generally annoying.

Evans confirmed today that one of the co presenters WILL be female.
My money is on Jodie Kidd, she knows her stuff and she can drive.
Carol Vorderman maybe? She'd be good for the geeky technical stuff.
I'd like to see Rowan Atkinson as the third, or Steve Coogan. Someone funny with a passion for cars too.
