Also supposed to be wrapping up Song today as well

If Song could reproduce the displays of the first half of last season, and Payet settles in quickly, you could have a very potent mix of defence and creativity. Just need Valencia to rediscover his scoring touch too!

As much as it pains me, I think Andy Carroll should move on. He suited BFS's mentality, but it's already clear that they are moving on from the long ball tactic. Someone like Stoke would suit the big lad.

I'd like to see him given a chance tbh, he's not just a big idiot. However his injury record is embarrassing and if they can recoup some of the fee then they'd be sensible to do that. Probably.

Payet was 10.7 initial fee so even better than I thought it was.

Yeah he's not too shabby on the ground either. That volley over the shoulder the other year
Isn't it a recurring ballerina type injury he has? The sort of thing that could flare up at any time? I love Carroll, but if they received a decent offer they'd be best to accept it.

Good signing for United, but the PL transfer fees have went daft. £25m is a lot of money. That's what players like Marchisio are valued at!

Vidal 4/9 to Join Arsenal, 15/8 to stay at Juve.

Konoplyanka 4/9 to join Spurs.

For what it's worth

Vidal odds were very very short last summer for him to join United. I'd take it with a pinch of salt haha

Talk of De Gea staying another season. Still not sure why they are looking at replacements when Valdes is sat on the bench!

Hope so, if all we are being offered is 18m. We can afford to take that hit, and gives us time to find a replacement. Also pisses of RM a bit which is an added bonus, ok they may get him on a free next year

Because Valdes is not a top goalkeeper. It's great to see United giving a big fuck you to RM and to DDG though and standing firm.
Would fucking love to see Vidal in the PL. Huge huge fan of that head case.

Well, according to Graham Hunter Ramos has said he 100% wants to leave. And he wants to join United.

Just need Guillem Ballbag to second that for it to be guaranteed now. The two most reliable men in sport

Pretty sure all summer transfer window last year we just spoke about our mutual love of Vidal
