Had gone as far as i wanted to with my blue s2000, fancied a change so bought a black one...

Day before blue one went

Sad to see it go but nice to have something new to tinker with.

old and new

Black one is a 2008, the interior and bay is like new! the paintwork needed a good polish up as was really swirly but all sorted now. Car park dents will be coming out next weekend. also had a brand new Honda roof last year which is a bonus, saves a trip to Cardiff. Full service history, stacks of receipts. Only mod was the headlight washers have been removed and the stupid pump on start up blanked off.

slapped a new battery on once it was home

painted calipers

polished up, wheels off, arches pressure washed.

dif and gearbox fluid changed

Bay was already clean, will be painting rocker cover one weekend.

More to come

I loved your blue one! I'm sure this one will end up just as good, nice choice mate. Blacks the best colour too

interior is certainly more dulled down over the blue one. so easy to get in and out without buckets too

Also what made you get rid of the blue one to buy a black one. Would it not be easier to paint? Honestly not digging out just genuinley asking

keep it subtle, spoiler, springs, few little add ons.

just fancied a black one. not a fan of painting cars different colours, looses value and limits resale in my opinion. different trim too.

Did you leave most of the mods on the blue one?

You planning on modding this one to the same level?

Depends how much of a dog they are tbh

Sure it'll be a nice example though. I was rather underwhelmed by the acceleration of them compared to my Z4. Thought they'd be a lot quicker. They must weigh a lot.
