Natural trail called jungle enduro, -27% gradient it reckons on strava, I don't think it's that steep. Was alright though.

Done the red and blue routes at Glentress on Saturday and then the red at Innerliethen on Sunday should have done them the other way round as Innerliethen was absolutely brutal after a few beers and a curry the night before, it's just a not stop climb for about 5 miles, was great fun watching a few of the lads being sick on the way up though!

Innerleithen is a good trail. Downhill tracks are good also. Supposed to be miles and miles of natural stuff to ride there. Prefer it to glentress slightly. That gradual descent from the top of the moor is good.

Really enjoyed Innerleithen but would like to do it again with a bit more fitness and not having had 10 pints the night before, ride a hardtail so didn't get the chance to sample the downhill tracks but heard they are meant to be really good

Lunch break from work ride went well. Bloody thorn in it. Not convinced by the smart Sam tyres.

http://www.ridersrefuge.co.uk/summer/chalets/chalet-lherens/

these are the 2 chalets we booked £150 is just accom self catering we are driving down as its only an hr to the tunnel from where I live. Lift passes are £75 for the week will have 5 in a our van bikes in 2 boxes and 3 on the back of each van so fuel is about £50 each plus the tolls at £20 each for both ways plus what ever the tunnel costs at the time. in total its about £450 all in with insurance and food money. Not sure on flights but you fly into Geneva and they will collect you for 30 euros each

Quite enjoyed watching the film called unreal which is free on trek bikes us site. Think it's only for 24 hours. Good though.
