I think it's my box as much I don't want it to be. But driving car with throttle it's fine coasting or out clutch down and it's a knocking noise that I can feel through pedals and now had to use car for a 2 mile trip and it's constant wine and knocking no matter what I do. Any ideas ?

Check driveshafts but if they are fine then diff bearings.
Parts for that box are expensive and hard to come by so don`t leave it to long as it is common for the f28 to try and chuck it`s diff on the floor.

Yea had shafts out last night mate Deffo diff bearings that's 2 now time to try a 5 speed!

What`s it in bud as if it`s a turbo engine then the 5 speed f20 won`t handle the torque.

V6 mate ran a 2 before lasted a lot longer than the f28s
