does any1 know what i need too do too get the gear linkage working on an f28 gearbox in a corsa b

I just shortened the rod that goes to the gearbox fork and that was it. when the box is in neutral i just made the linkage sit in the middle if you get me, straight from left to right as you look at the box from the back

It was easy to see what needed to be done when you put the parts together and see why it needs modifying
