I paid 1650 for my d1 300tdi with 120k on it.

Have you got a welder? If not buy one as it WILL need welding.

Sills go badly but they can be replaced with 100x50 box easily. Boot floors are shit too.

Got a mate with a welder I can use. He has two disco 300tdi's. Which is partly why I'm after one. Should make things easier.

Have seen the boot floors Totally rotted out on his spares disco.

I have a friend who breaks Discos, Land Cruisers and Shoguns; if you're struggling for any bits, let me know and I'm happy to ask. He's cheap as chips as well because he only does it to fund his offroad/trial racing.

Been to see it. Wasn't quite as the advert made out. Lots of rot and more tatty then the photos.

Still looking. And now wondering if a discovery 2 would be easier to find without rust.
