Black por15 ordered to start my interior treatment, first job will be the underseat battery tray. Yesterday I found the battery to be held in by blocks of wood

Went with black because its neutral and will go with any exterior colour should i decide to change it

Yup, rolled on.

However I wouldnt paint yours as its mint.

Bought mine like this:

for £1600. It was fitted with a disco 200tdi, had brand new doors, 3" lift + shocks, cranked radius arms, diff guards, steering guards, uprated steering arms plus the mud terrains and modular wheels, snorkel e.t.c..

Only negative was it needed the crank seal done. Took the engine out and changed the crank seal (also put the 200tdi from my green one in is as I changed the cambelt), bought a hard top, fitted my winch bumper from my green one and painted it all within 7 days solid

Sold it for just under £4k

I think you would be better doing what I did, seems a shame to paint a good condition one, unless you have £k's to throw at it?

Edit:
Also fitted a rear diso axle so I had disks all round:

Supplies

Clear indicators for when I visit McDonalds in it in the snpw

The first job, remove battery and treat any rust and repaint

You will notice a lack of battery holder, im going to make one out of the universal battery clamp and the right angle 3mm metal you see in the first pic
