Just got a phone call saying the mortgage has been accepted , should have the keys for the 13th of January. Cost us 70k. 2 double bedrooms , garage , big back garden , kitchen could do with getting changed but not essential yet. Comments welcome.

Looks a great first buy.

Kitchen could be improved vastly with a bit of planning when changed IMO.

Yeah 70k in Scotland lol. We bought it off of Barratt homes , they took it in part exchange for a new build. Was valued at 85k but it's been for sale for a while due to them getting messed around from a few buyers. It's in quite a nice area as well.

Absolutely hate the exterior of these houses. My other halfs parents live in a house with that same finish in east kilbride. Always seems to look grotty.

that interior looks lovely though. No need to do anything really. Kitchen looks decent enough aswell.

Concrete back garden is another pet hate

Can't moan for 70k at all. Bargain.

Wouldn't paint just our house would probably look out of place lol. Not bothered about that the now anyway , just want the keys asap. It doesn't actually look that bad in real life anyway that's just a shit photo.
