That looks wrong on so many levels

Never been much of a fan of Pizza Hut, find it far too greasy - Domino's all the way for takeaway pizza

I like the Pizza express ones Costco had, one of the best chilled ones I've tasted.

Making a pizza from scratch is a piece of piss. I very very rarely ever get a frozen or takeaway pizza these days.

It's absolutely nowhere near as difficult as you'd think. Just a case of mixing a few ingredients and kneeding/proving enough. Pizza sauce is a ten minute job too.

Far too many people try and make pizza dough with the wrong flour though, ie - use plain flour instead of tipo 00 or strong white (quite difficult to get decent flour anyway). And considering you're suppose to leave the dough to prove for 24hrs, it doesn't make for a quick meal unless you plan ahead.

That depends entirely on what sort of pizza you are after though? A thin and crispy Italian base certainly won't need that much proving. Agree on the flour though.

I've made pizzas a few times including hot dog stuffed crust I seem to make a huge mess doing it though

Thin crust pizza i.e. the best kind, takes 25 mins tops to prove before being perfect for rolling.

Dopio zero I've found to be best for ravioli, tagliatelli and lasagne. Strong white bread flour I prefer for pizza, purely because the Italian guy I used to work for used that and his pizza's are renowned about here.
