Ahhhh im back used to be a regular on the forum but been a bit busy recently!
Come back because I always remember to this little section of the forum and remember how good it was!
So im 21, offers been accepted, my mortage has been accepted, and im just waiting on the solicitors now 
Will update with pics when it all goes through, its an awesome 2 bedroom terrace house in a quiet cul-de-sac , about 5 min bike ride from where I work  very excited.

Woop. Should have mine sorted by end of week.
There was a 3 week wait between paying search fees and hearing from solicitors again!

ok so I use CAD alot for my job, had some time at lunch so I decided to sketch up the plans for my house as there were none exisitng, all the dims are approximate so I could get an idea for size.
Going back next tuesday to take the old laser measurer and get some accurate dims getting excited now though.

Well mortage deed returned, survey back - everything is A okay!
just waiting on searches. will post pics once contracts have been exchanged.

searches will be done by the 8th, they need to be checked by my solicitor...
and then its time to set a date for exchange of contracts and pick up the keys so frikkin excited !!

RIGHT ! digusting 5 figure sum payed to my solicitors yesterday, ball is on the move.
hopefully have contracts exchnaged next monday and have the keys by the end of next week ( for sure ) !

so pics from the estate agents (one on the left!)
House comes with an allocated parking space, will get some more pics when i get the keys 
Kitchen is being completely ripped out , have my new one on order from wickes ( will whip up some plans of that a bit later ) im excited !

yes its not to bad, nice little cul de sac, a few minutes away from where I work , 5 mins on my road bike so gona be saving some money with that !
needs some work doing but got it for a cracking price and im very much looking forward to the challenge

Got they keys yesterday and the epic clean out has begun ( due to being a reposession ) some quite interesting little bits so will take a few pics tonight and update the thread!
sorted all the services out now also and no debts are on me or the property woo

Cheers for all the positive comments. yeh got a bit excited at the age thing but took me alot of saving to get here and im pretty proud.
Its a cracking project, took some pictures before with all junk that i'll upload shortly, after a few tips runs and some scrubbing we're getting somewhere to !
