Ive jus fitted me new smoked clusters and wen i indicate, the back ones dont work and on the dash and therefore the front ones are goin double time? wot have i done? do i need new bulbs or wot?

everythin else works fine.

happened 2 me, one of me indicater bulbs went, and my other indicater started flashing really quick, changed me bulb, sorted.
