Also, there's no need to make this an iOS vs. Android thing.
From reading a few reviews it's pretty obvious the HTC One is a better phone than the S4.

Tbh, for the price of the phone you would really expect a bit better build quality.
It isn't everything, but that's a very expensive phone The One, iPhone 5 and even the Xperia Z are far superior in that sense.
