In the last pic it actually looks like the back has cracks from the USB and headphone plugs.

If it's a pre-production model, it'll likely be built from a cheaper plastic.

I'd be surprised if Samsung weren't pretty good at making plastic phones by now...

In terms of hardware it looks like a good update but nothing mind blowing - very apply like in that its mostly just an update of the existing phone.

As expected IMO the main selling points are no longer going to be the hardware its going to be the software features and it looks like there are some good ones with this. Will be interesting to see if they are covered by patents and if not how many appear on iOS
