Im looking 2 buy an induction kit for my corsa B but im unsure which one to buy. I like the noise of the pipercross but i want 1 that will give me abit more power as well as grunt. Also which would be better a cone filter or panel filter.
thanks

drilled airbox and panel filter seem to be quite popular, i reckon K&N r abit louder than piperx cone filters tho.

There was a time where everyone wanted a "BFO cone" from PVD. Looked like a piperx but ..eerrrr... a bit bigger. It was spured on by the power results found on an otherwise standard 1.2 sxi during a rolling road review by max power.
FOUND A PIC!
Maybe you could serch for some old threads relating to this.
Hope it helps

K&N has the pedigree yet I dont know about the noise, performance wise I would say drilled box or K&N.

If you want performance well noticable ones anyway get a pipercross viper, but at £250 they are well expensive but good!!!
If you are going for a cone filter go for K&N they have the best sound and if you go for a cone your not really gonna get much of a power gain anyway so just go for either the best looking or best sounding!!!!

The best performance comes from a Pipercross PX700 cone filter. The second best performance comes from a Pipercross cone filter. The best noise comes from a K&N cone filter.
