Trying to quit smoking. First day has gone quite well. Had the craving but got an inhaler that really helps.

Not a resolution, more of a target, but run two half marathons this year, get at least under 2 hours, ideally under 1 hour 50.

Avoiding spending time reading Facebook sounds good too though

Yeah i had the same probs with driclor, try the zysorb plus normal J&J talc to calm it a bit - its not as effective but helps a bit

In 2013 I will:
Buy a Toyota GT86.
Always drive with fogs on.
Sit down when I take a piss.
Pluck my eyebrows.
Wear a onesie.

Im doing a half marathon, not a big fan of running though. Did just over 10k other day in an abysmal time so need to get on with the training!

Thanks mate, day 3 has gone well, still feel like having a smoke but I think that's just cause I've had a few beers. I've been eating a lot more so been exercising too so I don't put weight on. Well done on the 7 months!
