If that is what it is then it should be thrown out as that is a very well known phrase with absolutely no racist slant and if someone from another country doesn't understand it tough, go home and work there instead if you don't like it.

Mikel isn't being charged with false accusations, it's misconduct to do with him shouting outside refs room after the game. Either way the whole incident is embarrassing for all involved.
