Used to get those at high school but they were square and much thicker. They had syrup over them to.

Dutch. I'm pretty sure you could find them at any supermarket. I wouldn't generally recommend Lidl for anything, Stroopwafels or otherwise. I got these from Tesco.

I farking love these, did you eat it properly, meant to sit it on top of a hot mug of coffee so the syrup warms up

I discovered these at the Manchester Christmas Market last year. You can buy them in M&S Food.

You make a brew, put them over the top of your cup and the heat from your brew makes the syrup/honey inside them melt a bit. Lovely!
