3rd time writing this now hope it works,

with the corsa b having to much power that its useless on the road ive been wanting to build a z20let c for a few years , when one poped up localy for £650 i had to have it , plan is 300bhp to keep it usable and a nice cheap car to use as a daily, how i got it

drove it arround for a week and stuck the engine and wheels on ebay and got £650 back for them so free corsa c

engine removed and cleaned

the car was looking pink so got a mate to polish it but wanted the trims going black so took them all of

after polishing , the front wing is a slightly diffrent colour but i will get that sorted at a later date

used some comps that i had planed to put on the corsa b

second hand new mounts

wheels on

trim back

and fitted

and cleaned

diff colour wing

new cables and gear stick

fitted

how i wanted the wheels to sit but it wasent possable

new conversion hubs with new bearings

new lower arms, tres and droplinks

on the lowest settings

new gauges

bought a pod but it looked crap

so thought fook it

sprayed the backs of the gauges so they blend in

wires

took it for tints

bought a coupe turbo for the parts i needed sold the rest and got my bits for free

new cam belt and water pump

got the engine sat in bay to make rear spacer and front mount

corsa vs astra pump

new parts

engine ready to go back in for the last time

V

painted cover

did wiring thanks to a waren g wiring guide

then moved out my unit so it got parked up for a bit while i got more parts , spoke to company near me who swaped my turbo for a vxr one and a cash deal

vxr injectors

took it to my mates garage and fitted it all,

corsa 1.8 brakes

second start up just on the down pipe and no map pipe

http://s422.photobucket.com/albums/pp306/bigron1988_photobucket/mar%2012/?action=view&current=D52F3805-5AA1-4402-9AA9-EBC4852B01BB-12575-00000F75999F330C.mp4

took it for a cheap exhaust to be made, stealth ftw

nice and low

new map pipe

new head unit

ecu back from waren for the fan mod

http://s422.photobucket.com/albums/pp306/bigron1988_photobucket/mar%2012/?action=view&current=DB52BC61-46D6-47C8-BBF6-A8A947AB641D-12575-00000F750D1CDE94.mp4

took it out for about 20 miles yesterday and i killed the alt some how, what a twat getting it of was, recon one got thismorniung and sorted

and this is how it stands atm, i raised the front up a bit , rear needs doing tomorow

got a few probs to sort out, fan aint working think i must of wired it in wrong and getting these codes anyone help with them

future plans are sort these out and get it mapped, ive got a whiteline arb on my corsa b thats coming on this, need a irmischer grill straight away as hate the standard grill, half leather, some sort of spoiler, uprated clutch and a quaife and just use it day to day , it only ows me about £1000 ish which aint bad

comments please

Gotta laugh how you say it's just a daily run about lol. Most folks would love this as a main car for shows and track. Looks near standard which is what I love about it.

Awesome!! Another great build Ben

Fair play for using it as a daily, will be quick enough with 300 brake and then when you get in the B at the weekends it will feel slow lol

Fairplay I was wondering when you would post it up.

I've got most of my parts now, I just need a car.

How are you getting on with the intercooler kit? because it looks like the solid 90's will either leak, or pop off. When I've mocked up my kit.
