Ah right. I no who owns it. He did aload of work on my forst corsa. It won't be long before its written off or sold on to some boy racer.

he said he just pulled out the petrol station and it started happening , but it was fine for me for 8000 miles ,

How many times did you bounce it off the rev limit?

loads, it got given death all the time, i think he has put 95 ron petrol in it and its detted as when i sold it to him i said remember to put the expensive stuff in and he just laughed

how would the fuel make the bottom end knock? i always though that would have to be an oil problem ??? (im not having a go im just wonering im not a mechanic lol) cheers

He told me it was knocking the other day but had had his mate take the head of and the valves are fine but there are big marks in the pistons with bits on top of them , he thinks its sucked the turbo internals through bit I think he's put the wrong grade of fuel in and its detted

Would it of made that big a difference puttin the wrong grade fuel in. It's basically a full strip down and rebuild int it.

What a fucking tool eh! 95 Ron fuel would make it run rough ect especially if it was mapped V power?
