so little update on last few mouths
put the heater box in. and had to cut and block the outside heater pipes as the cage come right past the heater outlet.

fitted fuel tank and handbrake cable but I don't like the way the handbrake cables fit so taking off and having custom one made

now the fuel tank is in I could finish off the fuel hose's to the tank

had the engine mount come so put them on out the way

then I was the brakes pipes.
iv gone for braided hose with a PVC coating. also choose to go for harry hockly pedal box and AP master cylinder's
had to cut down the bolt into the cyclinder to clear the bottom

just few photos of hose's I made. I didn't take one of every hose

front

so far on the rear

engine is all in the pipe work and should be here in next few weeks. just waiting on a few suppliers. I do have photos off steve of the engine but I keep till I have the complete engine.

Due to a few problems at the garage I haven't been able to do much.
However I have been able to put fluid in brake lines and test fittings. All good with no leaks quite chuffed with that as first time doing them.
I put on my custom handbrake cable witch come back wrong and after a big argument on the phone it has been sent off for some adjustments.
Others than that I have been collecting parts.

Sent gearbox to be striped checked and power coated

Apparently these are the last 3 GM corsa ball joints

The turbo I choose is a borg warner efr 7670 t4 twin scroll and 3" vband exhaust
2 turbo smart hyper gate 45
And turbosmart duel port recurc

I'm told engine is die ready any min now with upload pics of that when i get it.
I'm not one to update every time I add a bolt to the gate so please bare with me.
Cheers for the support guys

well guys im sad to say the build has come to an end. just before xmas the garage i was building it was broken in to and set on fire. although my car didnt burn but suffered from heat damage i.e plastics melting and covering in fire smoke the car was taken away by the insurance. with the car oweing me 30k mark and with the insureance offering me a sum i just couldnt refuse and writing the shell off as a cat b i am cutting my losses and fully stripping the car for parts. all parts are for sale and as you can see from my thread only the best was bought and no expence spaired. all parts will be cleaned up and checked over for any damage. if anyone is intresed in any part please message me on 07792360234 as i dont get chance to come on here very ofton. please dont message for gossip!! i would just like to thank everyone for the support and help that the lads have give me along the way and i am turly gutted to no be able to finish the car but it made sense to cut my losses and put money in another car or ever a house that wouldnt loose so much money. you will still be seeing in at pvs and billing in the coming year. thanks again
