I just bought a new headunit and I need some help please.I've got a pioneer deh-p6000r.

1)Do I just hook it up on the plug that the facory stereo was or do I need a special wiring loom?

2)Do I need to buy an adaptor for the aerial or does the vauxhall aerial fits straight on?

3)Please recommend some aftermarket speakers for front and rear

By the way it's a corsa b

Thanks alot

there should be an adaptor loom that comes with the unit which plugs into your car loom...then into ur headunit.

The aerial may fit, if not u just need to buy an autoleads adaptor for a few quid. I had to get one and a friend with a pioneer did too....so most likely.

Infinity <<------ Aftermarket recomendation. Or the JBL 935 6x9's arent bad for the price.

The wires wont match up normally for your power. You prob find that when u switch the ignition off you lose your radio channels. What you can do is 1 of 2 things,

Buy a wire harness connector converter which rotates the wires into the correct place, £10.99 from halfords.
Or
Just re-wire the actual thing yourself, match the yello to yello and red to red i think??

So I don't need a wiring harness as long as I reverse these 2 cables right?
Sorry to ask again but I don't know anything about these things!

Can you propose some decent speakers, not too expensive though,my budget is tight...

get an autoleads adapotor from halfords, its easier than wiring it yourself.
