Had my offer accepted, mortgage etc is all in progress, now listed as SSTC

2 Bed Semi which has been extended. Not massive upstairs but the extra work gone into the kitchen/garage/garden really sold it for me

Front:

Lounge:

Dining room:

Kitchen:

Main Bedroom:

They're leaving the wardrobe/cabinet/dressing table thing as it's too heavy. Nice solid stuff though

2nd Bedroom is quite small but I don't really need it

Bathroom:

Garden: (The summer house thing is staying)

Garage is also extended to give a utility area with plumbing etc for washer/dryer & boiler

Pretty happy with it for a first house. Can't wait to move in

that is very nicely decorated, doesn't need anything done really. love the extension giving you the extra living space downstairs.

only gripes for me are coming straight into the living room from the front door and the kitchen floor, but that's easily sorted.

proper lovely first house that, well done.

That looks great. Nice brick built porch on the front would be a massive improvement. It sucks walking straight into the front room.

Looks lovely!

Only thing I would want is to add a porch as stated, other than that everything looks spot on/needs nothing
