basically my car revs are sticking and slowly creeping up now again when i stop until i pull off again and also its started to cut out now and again when i stop and go to pull off again there is a slight sucking or hissing noise can anyone shed any light into this also the strong smell of fuel but no leak thinking breather pipe

Mite be a somthin stickin and pipe or hose leaking

It's probably a vacuum leak. Check all your vacuum hoses, I.e one to fuel pressure reg, icv etc etc
