I have and L reg Sri "94" 8v will it have a plastic or metal manilfold coz im ordering a induction kit now!

Neither. Your thinking of the 16v.

8v's have a rubber/plastic consertinered (?spelling lol) pipe that connects the airbox/ind kit to the inlet manifold which is metal on the 8v. Its a direct inlet into the engine though.

U just need the induction kit.
