Hey all

Missus has a HTC Sensation and is having real problems with it. Sometimes doesn't receive texts for quite some time/at all and incoming calls go to voicemail. All this with it being on full signal.

Email vodafone and they said to check a few settings and all was normal. Any ideas, could it be a faulty phone?
