IMHO Terry should receive a harsher penalty as there is video evidence of him been racist. Despite what he said about it been taken out of context etc it does not batter.

All they can try and do is appeal to have the ban reduced but if they fail it could be made longer. I don't think they can appeal the guilty verdict.
