Paisley Freight do this. Only ever sent alloys with them but never had a problem. Good rates as well, 25 a bumper.

Done an online quote for Interparcel with the dimensions as close as possible (went and measured it) and weight being around 7kg (i think) and they want about 70.

70?

I've sent quite a few bumpers within the last few years using them and they were well below 20

Right, the bumper is 160cm long, 70cm wide, and 40cm deep.

What could i jiggle the size to realistically to get a cheaper price.

Wouldn't want to go too extreme incase they turn up at the guys house and don't lift it.

book it on-line with parcelforce on a 48 service, they only ask for the weight and have never complained about taking bumpers when i use them, you will need a printer to print out the label for the package though
