book it on-line with parcelforce on a 48 service, they only ask for the weight and have never complained about taking bumpers when i use them, you will need a printer to print out the label for the package though

Done an online quote for Interparcel with the dimensions as close as possible (went and measured it) and weight being around 7kg (i think) and they want about £70.

Paisley Freight do this. Only ever sent alloys with them but never had a problem. Good rates as well, £25 a bumper.
