mines still got standard rad with no probs at all

need shafts made up - either tapered ones which use astra innber cv joints and corsa outters, or non tapered ones, which use astra cv joints both sides, u have to change the front hubs for this

use the pump off the donor car

the in tank one is not powerful enuff, dont deliver enuff fuel from 3000 revs up

ya also could do with a new dash marv, so ya have a rev counter

ok this is how mine is...........

i still got the intank pump fitted

i got an eletcric pump under rear wheel arch with is wired up, this is wot the car is running with

one day the pump fucked up, so i got underneath, changed the mulitplug over to the intank pump just to get me home, once ya get to bout 3000 revs it starts spluttering as it isnt pumping enuff fuel for the engine

basically
keep the fuel tank ya have
mount an electri fuel pump next to fuel tank and run engine off that

marv u2u lee mitchell he can make u the engine mounts for half the price of PVD ones and its the exact same material ,he even makes the spacer for the gear box

And also lee knows how to do the wiring on the later models like urs

so if u use his engine mounts that saves u some of it, ask beardy about the SFi box replacement pipe cos i think he can get them cheap and then all u need is hubs and shafts from PVD saving u a lot more

this is more or less how mines been done, any ova question u2u me or summing
