Cheers for the comments. Gonna refurb the wheels either silver again or full polish with coloured inserts.

Silver again for that lovely OEM look its got! Not sure if coloured centres would ruin it :/

Headunit installed into glovebox to keep the original in oem location. This will be retrimmed in brown carpet or vinyl ASAP. Just used grey as that's all I have spare. + headunit doesn't sit square so ill redo it as I have a new jigsaw

I finally had chance to wash and polish the car properly as i havent since owning the car.

The pictures are very similar to some previously in the thread but I wanted to do comparison shots as I've dropped the back end lower. This is how it will stay until I can afford skinnier tyres as its the tyres stopping me from going lower!

As I'm best man for my vauxhall mad mate it would be rude not to take him to the church.

Car was on show at sleaford carnival. That's me cleaning my engine bay.

Engine bay cleaned, lots more to do yet.

Here's a comparison shot of the engine bay before and after to show how much work I've put into it so far.

Before

After

And a piece that bugs the crap outa me. It's the top mount cups visible in the bay.

Before

After

Also while at work I wet vac'd my lower rear bench as its a replacement part as my original was fooooked.
No before but a 50/50 to show how dirty it was

Another bit of OCD. When I fitted the irmscher rocker cover I fitted brand new Allen headed bolts but they looked out of place on the small block so I sourced some standard style hex bolts and set to make them shiney.

Same bolts. Before and after - lettering filed off and then polished, could do with polishing more as there's a few sanding marks left.

Also painted this panel/blank to tidy the bay up a little.
