 | Having an arguement at work and i was saying Vauxhall is british. Am i right? He said there German.
 
 I know Opel is German and Holden is Australian.
 
 Help guys because it's bugging me.

 Ellesmere Port also do a bit of engine construction for other models I think, or at least they used to.
 
 It is owned by GM who are American, who also own Opel who are German, and responsible for a lot of the design.  So less English than is historically the case.
