Great film, 9/10. Preferred the Joker to Bane so The Dark Knight edges it slightly for me.

I got the killer croc reference but only because I played Arkham Asylum on the PS3 a few weeks ago.

I had worked out that the woman was on Bane's side but didn't know how. I also felt that the guy that turned out to be Robin had felt like a Robin-like character the whole way through, didn't think they would go as far to actually make him Robin though.

Also, Anne Hathaway is epic.

The end.

I don't think he's meant to be robin, like dent said in dark night he's taking over as batman

When did Dent say that John Blake would take over as Batman!?

Other than that, I agree.

John Blake wasn't Robin in a traditionel sense, that he wore a costume and was Batman's sidekick.
He was, however, Robin in the sense that hes was a like minded individual, who fought for the same cause along side Batman.
In the end, he becomes Batman him self, and carries on the legacy.

How he will manage without the League of Shadows training that Bruce received is a different question.

This. However one of the surprises in the film wasnt a shock to me as I read it in the comics.
Also I thought the cameo of a certain someone was pretty cool.
And there was a subtle reference to Killer Croc which I think some people didnt pick up on..
9.5/10

i got it, does that make me a fucking sad bastard?

Enlighten the rest of us that didn't get this reference.

And who was the cameo you were talking about?

Gordon says he saw a small factory, while down in the sewers. This is laughed down, and he is asked "Did you see any crocodiles as well?"

A classic Batman fiend is Killer Croc who is a savage beast, residing in the sewers.

The cameo Budgie mentions is quite possibly the appearance of Doctor Crane aka. Scarecrow as the judge who sentences Gordon and his lot to death by exile.

I preferred the cameos of Brad Bellick from Prison Break and James Heller from 24

Fucking half ruined because the bullshit cineworld screen played the entire film out of focus.

So annoyed. Not bad enough that you couldn't watch since half the film was action, but so irritating to pay nearly 10 quid and watch, in effect, a dodgy cam version.

Why did you not inform them of this? They could have taken care of the focus issue in a matter of seconds.

5 people walked out and back in as soon as the film started and said it was being looked at, 15 minutes later no change.

By that time I don't want to be missing parts of the film.

Got it.

I wouldn't have considered cillian murphys role a cameo, more an actual scripted part

Damian Wayne and Killer Croc

btw i thought the film was amazing and a brilliant end to the trilogy, but one thing thats really bugging me is that batman flies off in the batwing or whatever its called and its blown up with the bomb etc and batman escapes because hes fixed the auto pilot. Which we're told when Fox goes and talks to the guys working on the batwing!?!?!? which was blown up?

We're not told, so some amount of guess work is needed here.

My guess, is that there must have been at least one unfinished / damaged / prototype Batwing still in storage. Bane didn't have either the time, parts or the skill to repair / finish it.

As Andy said, they would have shared software, so newest auto pilot patch would be on this other machine as well.

There were so many plot holes, I re-watched the other two before going to see this and they are all pretty bad for it..

Don't know why people read so much into it.

Its set in a city called Gotham, in America, which doesn't exist.

Its a story.
