I cook a kilo of chicken breasts and store them in tupperware in the fridge - just make sure they're cold before they go in otherwise they go pink again!

Usually lasts about a 4 days, just cook it on a Sunday and Wednesday?

The missus used to defrost chicken in the microwave

Soon put a stop to that, defrost it properly or Im not fucking eating it
