sump off...wedge crank with piece of wood or i tend to use a hammer stale and a big bar...get someone to stand on the stand though on the opposite side otherwise you'll pull engine over on to the floor....or use an impact gun if have access to one

Like Philip said block the crank with some wood, and a very long bar.
