yours is the same as gregs but you have the vauxhall hose rather than roose?

yours would fit with a roose hose, if you look at gregs, the filter touches the front panel. yours has a big gap

That pipe is from an ecotec engine so shouldnt be needed iirc?

is the plug wired into anything?

The pipe is from an ecotec vectra, plug will be there otherwise u will have a hole lol

Yeah wired in plug comes off loom. It the AFM is it not?

no mate, the afm is the plastic bit inbetween the 2 metal clips

The roose hose should just go from the Afm to the filter. There is nonplus on the vauxhall hose I had the same set up on my xe

Quite surprised to be honest.
He hasnt told you the whole story behind this car, many funny moments and lots of angry ones too.
As you know, brilliant car, and I love it.
(I loevd it so much that half of his car is now on my car hehe)

New mods to the engine, will be done by Philip2 on here, and are as follows.


Ok new plans, expensive plans !


Q42's cams
Vernier pullies
Ported/polished head
Steam seals
Light skim on head
And a full new set of vauxhall lifters



Then head gasket replaced.
Bumper repaired and sprayed.

Ouch.
