What condition are your exhaust rubbers in?

shorter/less slack ones may bring it up enough to clear the beam, but depends how bad it is.

Slacken the joints and twist the back box and centre section, till you've got enough clearance.

If you've lowered your car and it's still on standard system it bangs on rear axle! Mine used to do it but now I have a system on it's gone

Mine has standard system, lowered on coilovers about 50-60 mm and no banging.. I just twisted the back box around till I had clearance and it's perfect

As said twist the backbox, if that doesn't give enough clearance then a bit of rubber will do the job.

I've added another hanger to the rear of my backbox. It's stiffened the exhaust up and lifted it from the rear axle.
