watched Drive last night and agree with Chris, all in all it just seemed like a boring film with no real point to it, the best part about the film was Ron Perlman

To be fair, I tried watching it recently on my laptop while distracted with msn messenger going, etc and it did feel like a completely different film (e.g. way more boring). Plus the latest dvd screeners that are in sync just seem a bit poor quality / pixelated. Which considering most of the enjoyment is the cool cinematography, it's a bit lost.

I think you have to be in the right mood / mindset to watch it and enjoy it, otherwise it just feels like a chore. That's why I suggest going to see it at the Cinema really.

Why bother Chris?

If it's not your 'type of film' you're not going to just like it because other people do. Don't force yourself to like it, you either like it or you don't and that's cool, the film definitely wasn't designed to be mainstream and have everyone in the world love it.

Really really good film.

Totally agree Jambo! Ace film! The bird on the other hand fucking hated it

My Mrs probably liked it more than me! Thought it was a great idea, beautifully shot, not over the top and with a great soundtrack and of course.... Most importantly......

Management - Jennifer Aniston is in it, but still a shite film. 2/10

The other guys - Actually found it funny, decent if you fancy a bit of light hearted comedy before bed. 6/10

I love all the shots of the stars and stripes followed by them making marines out to be superhuman One of the most 'AMERICA FUCK YEAH!' films ever. Rubbish film too. They are fucked, fucked, fucked, fucked, oh look lets shoot that thing, yay we win!
