Good episode but as usual all the hype I have been avoiding all day has made it out to be a lot better.

I'd like to see Jon survive, but after all that I think he must be dead. Glad Sansa got away. I wonder if Theon will ever return to being who he was. Harsh on Cersei, I'd like to think once Jaime returns they will kick some bible bashing ass. Daenerys looks like she is back to being a sex thing.

Don't remember that from the book, although it was a year or two ago I listened to it.

Surely there's passages into winterfell that the starks would of known about?

Obviously it wasn't Sansa, but jumping off the castle wall in to snow did happen in the novels. I believe it was Theon and a northern girl who was killing Bolton's men. I'll tell you once I've finished ADWD again as I've forgotten too
You'd think so. But Sansa was very ladylike and wouldn't have ventured much in to such places. Arya would have known though.
