crap on fuel really, but worth every penny , if i got the engine back and it blew up in 5000 miles i would pay to have it done again no problem

Strongly reccomend you get a modified Oil Pump for RCM whist engine is out.

Looks good m8, bet you carnt wait to get it back. I think you've been unlucky, i ran 450bhp with anti lag on standard internals and never had a single problem.

how did you rate the anti lag gareth? was it worth it? even just gor the novelty side of it? was it quite a mild one?

kills any turbos

basically you can have it set up in two ways, midly which will do nothing for your launches or performance but creates all the hollywood effects still eg, popping banging etc, this wont harm your turbo (much)

or if you want it to make a different for your launches you can set it aggressive, which will kill your turbo no matter what turbo you have on there

Used in Moderation on a MD321H should not be an issue IMHO.

It will be worth it just for the Hollywood effects

have a google, theres loads of info out there on the scooby and mitsi forums and the general consensus is if you have it setup for performance it will wreck any turbo

the general consensus is prolonged use of it can cause damage however its openly debated on the subaru forums, some say set up properly it wont and some say it will
