also what size is the boot badge on a corsa c 55mm ?

doesnt have to be a gsi opel badge sean. any pre-97 badge fitted i.e you no my old green bumper on the p reg sport? that shape ask craig to take it off and give you the part number?

+ am sure i super glued it on incase of thief's though

but they can be bought on opel-blitz site

and for yaz's corsa c boot badge go to vauxhall they will get it up on the screen mate

Big end shells

timing belt kit

take the head to get skimmed

thrust bearing

water pump metal fin one

and whatever else i can think of

Everything is cleaned now

bought some paint to tidy it up but
not letting out any info yet lol

I am still trying to find a bottom end
For the black corsa which is starting to
take the p*ss

when i eventually get one i am going to fit new
piston rings ect Make it brand new again

Nice work with the cleaning mate you took your 110mm rear springs out in the above pic with the GSi bumper on or is it just the angle of the pic? I cant tell

80mm front 110mm rear
i would have it lower on the front
but theres big speed bumps at work

Got myself a full x16xe last night cheap :-)
Took it into work and stripped it down with deneven.

I am just using to bottom end off it and keeping the rest of the bits as spare jet washed everything aswell :-)

On the engine i bought the gearbox waz left on and its a f17 c whats it off some of the lads at work reckon its a diesel gearbox are they anygood? ?

Little update

The head has been stripped and jet washed
and been skimmed

all the valves have been cleaned and polished

the spare engine i got i used the bottom end and it
has been stripped rebuilt and the block has been painted

New water pump
head gasket
every gasket replaced
16new valve stem oil seals
timing belt kit
X14xe lightend and balanced flywheel
