took the car to work yesterday still running awfull but managed to sort the alternator out so it now charges the battry

i have also ordered new rear wheel cylinders /handbrake cables and wheel bearings

calibra volt and oil pressure gauge came today just need to figure out how to mount it considering moving the hazzard swith and losing the centre vents

ill post the wireing diagam i found for anyone else thinking of using them


just not sure on how t get a oil pressure reading atm

decided on gauge position

and a few bits came today in preporation for mot and girl friends gators

and the clutch cable and gear linkage for the saxo came

refitted my engine loom today and it still wontrev above 3krpm when warm but the good news is that my mate dropped round my c20ne

Spent yesterday replacing handbrake cables / rear wheel cylinders/ rear shoes / rear wheel bearings and drums beging to hate this car

what you need for the back end is some vauxhall mudflaps that will make it look alot squarer and make it look as tho its sat alot lower here's mine for a comparison

Collected the new bumper today alot better condition than my current one

Got annoyed at the tappets so took them out

12 of them are seized will strip them down and clean them up tommorow

Going well mate, i had mine on the road for a month and have taken it back off road to have some bits painted, The issue i had with not revving when warm was the throttle position switch mine was from a coil pack engine not a dizzy engine. Dizzy sensor is allot bigger than coil pack one.
