managed to sort servo pipe and fuel pipes today i also rang adrian flux for a insurance quote with all mods declaired £1500 seems fair to me

thought i would man up and brave the cold and do a bit on the car this morning so wrapped up and went out fitted my new plug cover

then attempted to get the pipes tightened up on the three way connecter on the inlet but decied to leave it as it was -3 not having a garage is a real issue about now

stripped my ns driveshaft of today and took it to be shortend and have the circlip recesses moved back 4mm each side also pressed the hub flanges and bearings from my old hubs to clean up and hammerite as i dont trust the bearings my big block hub flanges came with

thanks to eccles for coming down to wire but ater ages of pissing about with the 12v wireing and mk2 astra engine loom we decided its a lot simpler and tidier for me to use a 16v(sport) dash loom and a later type loom

on a upside the driveshaft is fine

fitted headlight protectors today and remover power cap to polish and laquar as it is pitting also may be renting a garage soon if all goes well

not realy bothered with the car alot lately the dash is out swapped the dash loom for a sport loom but im currently locked out of the car as the boot lock has packed up and some little **** managed to smash my windscreen showing of in front his mates the car has seen better days at the moment but hopefully it should be running next weekend finally
