started to strip the drive shafts down and give them a clean/paint, just wating on some new cv boots turning up , left the cvs soaking in de greaser







left one is cleaned







cvs all painted



rear bracket polished up



also droped the mounts and gear linkage of to be powder coated and should get them back next week

went to pick the sump up today am bloody chufed with it will be using the place again









magnetic sump plug and oil level blanking plate fitted





also recieved 10 roles of felt loom rap



and recieved my cv boots so got them all fitted








also recieved my interior loom out of a 1.6 16v, bit stuck on what a few of the plugs are for so if you know let me know

(top of pic goes in pass foot wel, middle is the clocks etc and bottom is through into the scuttle)

the bottom plug is for the hazard switch but the others??? heaters??

the yellow plug comes out by the clocks and the right stalk?

the one on the right??? left one goes through to the engine

top right 2, other ones are wiper ,brake servo, drivers side indicator

as the loom comes out the drives side it splits out to these 2???

the 2 on the left ?? the rest are for the passengers front light

these 2 run across the front slam pannel and one of them was taped up

built the gear linkage back up





then today i had a little drive to get some more bits of jav



helix 6 paddle clutch with release bearing











lightened and balanced billet flywheel





polished tial bov





polished 44mm tial wastgate with 0.7 spring







innovate widebank kit





innovate heat sinking bung

got my cam cover back from having the 2 breathers welded up and just one put there (big thanks to possy and greg for sorting it)

while i was round at gregs i also colected my washer motor with 1 outlet on it and another cam belt cover





and changed the dial on my wideband gauge



also picked up another set of mirrors that im droping of to get made in carbon tomorow then got to go pick up my dash on monday
